RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEE
 We are confident that you will love our products and that is why we offer you a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly exchange or refund your order.
You may return merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item should be in its original condition, including the original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please inform us in advance that you will be returning the product via the onsite contact page or email sales@mostoriginal.com.
We will provide you with a return order number, please include it with the return package. If possible please write down the reason for the return on the packing slip. If you are not the person who made the order you can only exchange the product, no refund will be available. The refund policy only applies to the original buyer. Custom orders and one of a kind artwork pieces are non returnable.

We NEVER include the invoice or pricing information with the package. If you are interested in a printed invoice with your order please request it when making the order in the comment area. When you make the order you will receive an email invoice. All customs and additional charges levied locally at the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
We ship from Israel and standard shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 business days. Express shipping is offered through EMS and takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to most major world centers.
